Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ellie Interior. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are defective.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent.

3. Refunds

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only applicable if the returned item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds will not be processed if the item has been used or is returned after the 7-day return window.

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refund Method: Since we offer cash on delivery (COD) as our payment method, refunds will be processed as follows:

     Refunds will be issued via cash.

4. Non-returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Items that have been opened or used.

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective).

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
